2014 was a busy year for us at Web Talent! We spent many hours working hard for our clients increasing traffic, leads, customers, and revenue. When we were not creating and executing on great digital marketing strategies, we were doing team-building activities and helping our community. Here is a recap of ways we got involved in 2014:

We Got Iced

Who can forget the #IceBucketChallenge in support of ALS research? Mike Canarelli partnered with Dan Nguyen, Stoner Bunting Advertising’s President, and got iced. As many of you probably know, this campaign was a huge success for the ALS and generated attention and funding for research.

We Wore Pink on Wednesdays

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our staff (men included) wore pink on Wednesdays. In addition to wearing pink, we pitched in around the office to raise money for breast cancer. The proceeds went to Living Beyond Breast Cancer.

Salvation Army Adopt-a-Family

We celebrated the holiday season by participating in the Salvation Army Adopt-a-Family event. Our staff helped to pick the perfect presents and wrapped them for our special family.

Habitat for Humanity

The team spent a day out of the office helping with Habitat for Humanity in Lancaster City. We dedicated our time to painting and fixing up a home for some local Lancaster residents.

Donated to Humane League of Lancaster County

Our furry friends are important at the Web Talent office as well! We are all animal lovers so when the Humane League of Lancaster County asked for donations we jumped at the chance.

Additional Web Talent Happenings

We are dedicated to keeping Lancaster a great place to live and work and become involved in our community. This year our staff started two traditions with our native restaurants, #PhoFriday and #TacoTuesday. You can spot us at the local Lancaster eateries enjoying both cuisines on their dedicated day.

In addition to this, we were out and about at the Annual Lancaster Chamber Expo (including our social media presentation) and presented a free Instagram workshop for local business owners in the community at our office.

Our staff loves making Lancaster a great place to work, as well as play, and we take pride in our community. Thank you to everyone who worked with us in 2014. We are sure 2015 will have lots of fun in store, so keep an eye out for the Web Talent happenings!
